The BP Riduttori S.r.l. has a fleet of more than 40 of gear cutters, broaching, testers, shaving and lapper machines. The cylindrical toothing can be performed either in right that helical profile, from module 0.5 to module 10 and with a maximum diameter of 800 mm.
The internal gear is performed on gear cutters, broaching or even on CNC shaper that allows the creation of special profiles and prototypes in a few days.
Completing the production worms, broached and grooved profiles: DIN, UNI, ASA, CUNA, SAE , ASAE, ANSI and other special profiles.
